Job Description Atlantic Health is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Oncology team. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the multidisciplinary care team to provide high-quality, patient-centered oncology care in the ambulatory setting. Responsibilities Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans Administering medications and monitoring patients for side effects or adverse reactions Educating patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and symptom management Monitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in patient condition Maintaining accurate and complete patient records Coordinating care with healthcare providers and support services Recording patient vital signs and medical information Supporting a compassionate and safe patient experience Performing other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program Current New Jersey Registered Nurse license BLS certification Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) ASN candidates must complete BSN within five years of hire date One (1) or more years of nursing experience in Oncology, Infusion, Ambulatory, or related specialty area ONS Certification preferred Benefits Atlantic Health offers a competitive and comprehensive Total Rewards package that supports the health, financial security, and well-being of all team members.
