Location Atlanta, Georgia – This is a full‑time, on‑site position offering the opportunity to work alongside an experienced litigation team in a collaborative office environment. Note Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have at least 1 year of civil litigation experience. Personal injury experience is welcomed but not required. Confidential Employer. Job Description Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies. Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and experts. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to maximize case outcomes. Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Georgia Bar license in good standing. 1+ year of civil litigation experience. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow as a litigator.
