divh2Production Home Assembler/h2pThe Production Home Assembler follows work orders and instructions in order to accurately and efficiently prepare and assemble building components and homes in a factory assembly line environment./ppstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliOperate various hand tools, power tools and equipment used to complete carpentry duties including:/liulliCircular Saw/liliTable Saw/liliRouter/liliPneumatic Nail Gun (roofing, framing and finish work)/liliDrills/liliAnd other tools needed for measuring, cutting, fastening, and drilling/li/ulliFrame, layout and build floors/liliPrepare, layout and build walls/liliLayout, run and install electrical lines, switches, receptacles and panels/breaker boxes/liliInstall and prepare dry for finish tape, mud and texture/liliComplete roof construction, decking, flashing and shingling/liliCabinet and or finish carpentry and trim, build and installation/liliInstallation of siding, windows and doors/liliPainting of interior and exterior of homes/liliCooperate and promote a team concept with all other company employees/liliAdhere to all rules and regulations, at all times/liliMeet or exceed company safety standards/liliPerform other tasks as assigned by management/li/ulpstrongMinimum Qualifications:/strong/pulliMust be at least 18 years of age/liliMust be legally authorized to work in the United States/liliBe able to read, write, and speak English/liliHigh School diploma, preferred/li/ulpstrongKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:/strong/pulliAbility to read a tape measure/liliPossess basic construction knowledge and comfortable using basic tools/liliExcellent attention to detail/liliAbility to read blueprints, a plus/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task/liliAbility to trouble shoot and problem solve in a high-volume/liliVersatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary/liliYou must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members/li/ulpstrongWorking Conditions:/strong/pulliContinuous exposure to heat, cold, noise, and working outdoors./liliMust wear protective equipment while at the location/li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/pulliRequires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling and climbing to a significant degree/liliHeavy Work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects/liliWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees as well as function safely around construction equipment/li/ulpDisclaimer: This job description is intended to provide general information about the position.
