Position Overview

IPSUMM is seeking a proactive, organized, and people-centered HR Generalist to support our team and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and working closely with both management and employees in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting recruiting, compliance, onboarding, and employee engagement — helping ensure our internal operations are as strong as our external projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting efforts (job postings, screening, interview coordination)

• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain employee files and HR documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations

• Perform payroll and benefits administration

• Support performance review processes and KPI tracking

• Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and best practices

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace standards

• Help develop scalable HR systems to support company growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role

• Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance

• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
