Medical Malpractice Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join a well-established litigation team handling complex medical negligence and catastrophic injury matters. The role will focus on high-exposure cases involving hospitals, physicians, healthcare providers, surgical errors, misdiagnosis claims, birth injury matters, and wrongful death litigation. Job Title Medical Malpractice Attorney Location Hybrid (2 days remote) Key Responsibilities Manage medical malpractice matters from inception through resolution, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation Work closely with medical experts, clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers while handling complex litigation matters, reviewing medical records, evaluating liability exposure, and preparing cases for litigation and trial Qualifications 3+ years of Medical Malpractice litigation experience with hands-on exposure to complex medical negligence, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters Strong litigation and discovery experience with proficiency in depositions, motion practice, expert coordination, and managing high-value cases in a fast-paced litigation environment Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
