Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager for Veterans & Families
Jericho Project
Jericho Project in Manhattan is seeking a Case Manager to provide rapid re-housing services for veterans, young adults, and singles. You will manage a caseload of about 18–20 participants, conduct intake, and maintain timely documentation in our electronic system. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with populations facing housing instability. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jericho Project
