Trauma-Informed Case Manager for Family Housing
Urban Resource Institute (URI)
Urban Resource Institute (URI) in New York City seeks a Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive supportive services to families in the Innovative Urban Village housing program. You will conduct assessments, develop service plans, provide counseling and crisis intervention, coordinate referrals, and collaborate with Housing Specialists to promote long-term housing stability and independence, in alignment with ESSHI and OTDA standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Urban Resource Institute (URI)
