Trauma-Informed Housing Navigator (Family Shelter)

Brooklyn Bureau of Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Client Care Coordinator for a family shelter in New York City. The role delivers trauma-informed case management, conducts intake assessments, develops Independent Living Plans, and coordinates services to move families toward permanent housing. This on-site role requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, 1–2 years of experience, and knowledge of DHS CARES and CityFHEPS.
