Part‑time and full‑time caseloads are available in our clinic located in Fairfax, VA. Job Responsibilities Work involves developmental screening/assessment, speech therapy services, and consultation with family members and other professionals. Educate family members and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry‑over in community settings. Work performed in clinic‑based settings. Follow Individualized Service Plan, plan ongoing treatment, interpret goals and treatment plan to parents, and recommend further developmental assessments as needed. Participate in monthly agency staff meetings. Prepare progress reports at six‑month intervals and annual reviews. Maintain client records and submit them to the agency within established deadlines. Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor within scope of work. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology. 1–2 years of experience working with children birth to 21 preferred; training new graduates accepted. Must possess a VA state license to practice Speech Therapy. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus. Benefits Flexible work schedule. Compensation depends on experience and will be discussed during the interview process. $5,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time. $2,000 sign‑on bonus included for part‑time.
