Payroll SpecialistManhattan, NY $41–$43/hour Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Hybrid Schedule –4 Days In Office We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a growing team in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Etime.Responsibilities:Process weekly, biweekly, and/or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on timeReview and audit payroll data for accuracy and complianceMaintain employee payroll records and process payroll changesUtilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll administration and reportingManage time and attendance records through EtimeResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiriesPrepare payroll reports and assist with audits as neededEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulationsPerform special projects and additional duties as assignedQualifications:2+ years of payroll processing experienceProficiency with ADP Workforce NowExperience using Etime or similar timekeeping systemsStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysisExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesTo apply, please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io
