Payroll Processing Specialist
Under general supervision of the Director, Fiscal Services, responsible for accurate and timely classified and/or certificated payroll processing; prepares reports; assists in the development, installation and revision of payroll record keeping procedures.
This job posting is to establish an eligibility list for future permanent positions.
We reserve the right to limit the number of candidates to those deemed most qualified for the particular vacancy, based upon application screening and test scores.
There will be an application screening for the position to verify that the minimum qualifications (education & experience) have been satisfied. We will email you via to advise you if you may participate in the written and/or performance exam. All candidates will be required to provide a photo ID with their signature.
If you pass the written and/or performance exam, you may be scheduled to participate in the Oral/Technical Exam. Candidates must pass each portion of the exam in order to proceed in the recruitment and be placed on the eligibility list.

- Proof of HS Graduation (High school diploma, high school equivalent, GED certificate, high school transcripts, college degree, college transcripts are all accepted as proof of HS graduation. Passing the district administered Instructional Assistant Competency Examination could count towards high school equivalency.)

Employees who work thirty (30) or more regularly assigned hours per week are eligible for health and welfare benefits and will receive a district contribution toward a cafeteria fringe benefit package.
