Anytime Fitness Chantilly is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Assistant Manager to help grow our membership while delivering an exceptional experience for every member who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Welcome members and guests with exceptional customer service. Conduct club tours and enroll new members. Build relationships and help people find the membership that best fits their goals. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments. Assist with membership sales and retention. Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the club. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment. Support the management team in creating an amazing member experience. We're Looking For Someone Who: Loves talking with people and building relationships. Enjoys sales and is motivated by helping people say "yes" to a healthier lifestyle. Is energetic, positive, and self-motivated. Has excellent communication and organizational skills. Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
