Job Type: Full-Time | Commercial HVAC | B2B Sales Dynaire , a Crete United Company, is hiring a Sr Sales Executive to drive growth across service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, and retrofit projects in the Long Island market. This is a high-impact sales role for a seasoned MEP/HVAC professional with a strong track record of closing commercial service and project contracts. - Develop new business and manage existing commercial HVAC accounts
- Sell service contracts, preventive maintenance, and retrofit project solutions
- Lead RFP responses, proposal development, and bid follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with business owners, facilities leaders, and executives
- Travel 50%+ to job sites, client offices, and industry events across Long Island and NYC
- 5+ years of B2B sales in HVAC/MEP/service contracting required
- Proven ability to prospect, present, and close in the commercial space
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong communication, CRM (Salesforce), and organizational skills
- Competitive base salary up to $130k DOE + uncapped commission and annual bonuses
