Manufacturing Process EngineerSupport manufacturing operations with an engineering focus on optimizing production processes to improve safety/ergonomics, efficiency/line balancing, and first time quality. Ensure Production has the necessary tools and process needed to be successful in building trucks. Evaluate new product designs to develop and implement related manufacturing processes.Position offers a starting salary range of $86,000 – $110,000 USD. Conducts tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problemsProvides guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniquesEnsures that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulationsConduct Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis on critical processesEnsure maintenance of standard work and Production Process Assurance Forms documentationKnowledge You Should BringBachelor's degree with a focus in process, industrial, systems engineering or related field2+ years of manufacturing process engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, or assembly operations experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with Autocad, Solidworks, PowerBI, Autodesk, or Siemens NXAn attached resume is requiredExceptional Candidates Might HaveExperience with MCS (Manufacturing Control System) or PinpointWorking knowledge of eHC / eSWI / ePPAFFamiliarity with the IMS mainframe and the electronic TSOSchedule Type:Evening shift, weekdays.
