What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC milling machines (vertical and horizontal), including Haas, Kitamura, and similar equipment

• Produce precision components for both prototype and production runs

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine edits to maintain efficiency

• Set up tooling, fixtures, and cutting strategies to achieve consistent, high-quality output

• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings

• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerance requirements

• Use precision measuring tools and shop math to verify dimensions

• Identify and document machining issues and collaborate on improvements

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with medical manufacturing standards

What You Bring

Required:

• 2+ years of CNC machining or operation experience

• OR a machining/CNC technical degree

• Hands-on experience with CNC milling machines (vertical and/or horizontal)

• Ability to perform tool changes and make basic machine edits

• Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to work within tight tolerances

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred:

• Experience with Haas, Kitamura, or comparable CNC equipment

• Experience in regulated industries such as medical device or aerospace

• Familiarity with GD&T and precision inspection processes

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lino Lakes, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
