Swiss Turning Machinist Opportunity
Twin City Staffing is hiring Swiss turning machinists for a precision manufacturing leader! We are seeking highly skilled set-up talent for complex, multi-axis machining. If you have a background in manufacturing and a sharp eye for detail, apply today! Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $23.00 – $45.00/hr. | DOQ
Operator Levels
Run parts and change offsets: $23.00 – $29.00/hr.
Some setup experience: $28.00 – $35.00/hr.
Full setup experience: $35.00 – $45.00/hr.

Duties
- Perform complex set-ups on multi-axis Swiss centers
- Execute thread whirling, broaching, and hard milling
- Monitor production across multiple machines
- Verify quality using precision measuring tools
- Maintain ISO 13485 documentation standards
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance
Requirements
- 5+ years of Swiss set-up experience
- Experience with Tsugami machines
- Medical manufacturing background
- Proficiency in GD&T and blueprint reading
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent
