$85,000$100,000+ annual salary (based on experience)

Mileage reimbursement (federal rate)

Flexible scheduling options

Conduct in-home OT evaluations and personalized treatment plans

Help patients improve ADLs, safety, and independence at home

Collaborate with RNs, PTs, and caregivers to maximize outcomes

Provide education and resources to empower families

Keep documentation compliant and timely

Idaho OT license (active)

1+ year of OT experience (home health preferred)

Solid clinical judgment, empathy, and reliability

Reliable transportation and a passion for in-home care
