Role Overview The Estimator leads preconstruction efforts by preparing accurate cost estimates, managing bid processes, and building strong relationships with clients and partners to help secure new work. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates from conceptual design through final bid Perform quantity take‑offs and develop accurate project pricing Manage bid process including subcontractor/vendor outreach and evaluation Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks Follow up on bids and support client relationships to drive awards Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams Maintain current cost data, pricing, and market trends Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of construction industry experience (concrete preferred) Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and bid documents Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
