Physical Therapist

Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, evaluating and developing treatment plans to improve mobility and manage pain. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients physical conditions and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient assessments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for recovery.
• Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
• Comply with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment and clinical skills.
• Show strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Have a minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
