Transactional Real Estate Attorney

Our client is a well-established Seattle boutique law firm handling sophisticated real estate, business, and transactional matters. The firm is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join its lean, collegial team, with a long-term path toward partnership.

\n

The Opportunity

\n

• 7 to 15 years of transactional real estate experience

\n

• 1,600 to 1,800 billable hours

\n

• Hybrid schedule

\n

• Direct client interaction and increasing ownership of matters

\n

• Opportunity to work closely with a small, collaborative team

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

• Handle acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing, joint ventures, and related matters

\n

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, development agreements, and other transactional documents

\n

• Advise clients on transactions and business objectives

\n

• Support partners while taking increasing ownership of client relationships and matters

\n

• Assist with M&A, entity formation, and general corporate matters as needed

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

• 7 to 15 years of transactional real estate experience

\n

• Strong commercial real estate experience with sophisticated transactions

\n

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

\n

• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and client service skills

\n

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

\n

• Washington bar admission required

\n
