Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Our client, a prestigious, nationwide, law firm dedicated to providing legal services to financial institutions, has an immediate need for an experienced Senior Attorney – Associate, to join their winning team in Washington. About the Role Senior Attorney – Associate Full-Time Seattle, Washington Our candidate of choice will work in our firm’s west coast foreclosure department and will primarily manage judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions. Responsibilities Manage cases from inception to completion Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies Draft court pleadings, defense of motions Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person Other duties and special projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Juris Doctor from accredited law school Five to Ten years of experience in the practice of law, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law Admission to practice law in the states of Oregon and/or Washington.
