Senior Attorney - Litigation Class Action

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation group, focusing on Product Liability, Mass Torts, and Class Actions, in Seattle, WA. This non‑partnership track position is open to candidates across the US, with a preference for those based in the New York metropolitan area. Duties Draft briefs, motions, and memoranda. Review and draft discovery responses. Analyze discovery to inform case strategy and motion drafting. Prepare deposition outlines. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation. Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions. Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application. Education Juris Doctor (JD) Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Effective verbal and written communication. Ability to produce timely, accurate, and quality work. Capacity to work under pressure and manage competing demands. Proficiency in fostering positive work relationships.
