Clinical Supervisor - Adult Outpatient Mental Health

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to oversee all administrative and clinical operations for an Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health Program in the Taylor, MI area. In this role, you will lead daily program operations, support clinical staff, track program performance metrics, and ensure high-quality care delivery to adult clients managing mental health and substance use disorders. Schedule & Hours: Workweek: 37.5 hours per week. Clinic Hours: Monday – Thursday (8:30 AM – 7:00 PM), Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM). Flexibility: Flexible scheduling options available (Occasional evening/weekend coverage as program needs dictate). On-Call: Provide after-hours crisis call support for program staff as needed. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all daily clinical and administrative functioning of the adult outpatient mental health program. Provide clinical oversight for individual, family, and group therapy modalities. Support and guide program staff through high-stress and crisis situations. Maintain program organization, tracking data and outcome measures efficiently. Utilize personal vehicle for regional program travel when required (IRS standard mileage reimbursement provided). Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling [Required]. Licensure: Active, fully independent Michigan State License — LMSW, LPC, or LLP [Required] (Limited/associate licenses cannot be accepted). Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders [Required]. Background: Proven competency in crisis intervention, team leadership, and multi-disciplinary collaboration [Required]. Setting Knowledge: Experience in a Community Mental Health (CMH) setting and local community resources [Highly Preferred]. Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship [Required]. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive annual base salary.
