FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Duties
You will develop and render authoritative interpretations of executive order, OMB guidance within and across agency lines.
You will demonstrate use of Financial Management policies, regulations, to support the command's strategic goals
You will provide advice, guidance, and mentorship/coaching for appropriation law and fiscal policy to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
You will assess the assigned branch financial health; tracks, coordinates, and analyzes overall program financial data, schedules and milestones
You will maintain branch financial plans to ensure that encumbrances are within approved funding and aligned with program plans and benchmarks, and command stakeholder requirements.
You will advise branch senior leadership on decisions concerning resources, facilities, and support activities to accomplish program objectives.
You will provide recommendations to adjust available resources to provide support commensurate with schedules and priorities of efforts.
