Internet Sales Consultant

acts as the digital engine of our sales floor. By blending high-level automotive expertise with a mastery of digital CRM tools, this role transforms online inquiries into high-value appointments and closed deals. You aren't just answering emails; you’re architecting a seamless, modern buying experience. Responsibilities Lead Qualification

: Screen incoming leads to determine their interest level and potential fit for the dealership's inventory. Customer Communication

: Engage with leads through email, phone, and online chat to provide information, answer questions, and build rapport. Sales Process

: Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. CRM Management

: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system. Inventory Knowledge

: Stay up-to-date on the dealership's inventory and be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of each vehicle. Online Marketing

: Social media posts, reels, stories. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity Proven experience in e-commerce or online sales. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills.
