Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

To support a growing team, the full-time State Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer will engage with clients remotely, providing tailored financial solutions and educating them about Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM) while managing a high volume of calls. Key responsibilities Build rapport with potential clients and analyze their financial situations to recommend appropriate solutions Conduct ongoing sales training and implement innovative sales methods to enhance performance Handle a high volume of phone calls while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and initiative Required qualifications Valid SAFE and State license or certification preferred Sales experience is preferred, with a strong ability to close deals Basic computer and data entry skills Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills College degree preferred, but not mandatory
