Remote Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) – Must be NMLS Licensed Capstone Direct, a Direct Lender that has funded over $2 billion since 2007, is looking for full‑time Remote Mortgage Loan Officers. We quote competitive rates, close loans in just 15 days, and provide all the tools needed for success. Locations: California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and New Mexico (more markets to follow). Responsibilities Produce an average of 3 residential home loans per month. Close loans within 15 days. Maintain an established referral database for sourcing purchase leads. Collaborate with the direct lending team and the CEO for business growth. Qualifications NMLS‑licensed with 1 + years of current experience. Stable work history producing mortgage loans. Current active NMLS license. Ability to work independently and potentially lead a team or serve as a sales manager.
