We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth and market positioning at Hotel Warner located in West Chester, PA, 80 rooms. This individual must be a relationship-driven professional to support hotel revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, client relationship management, and market outreach. In this role, you will help drive room nights, group bookings, and local business opportunities while representing the property with professionalism and a guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and community clients to generate new business.
• Identify sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in negotiating rates, contracts, and terms for group and transient business within approved guidelines.
• Coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless execution of booked business and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local demand to support sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communications, and booking details.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, community functions, and networking opportunities as needed.
• Support revenue goals by promoting hotel amenities, meeting space, packages, and special offers.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Professional, organized, and service-oriented approach to work.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours based on business needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.
