Compensation: Base Salary: $100,000 - 125,000 On-target earnings: $150,000 - $200,000 Bonus potential Growth opportunity Responsibilities: • • Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's growth objectives and market opportunities. • Recruit, onboard, and mentor top-tier sales talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of skilled professionals. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and development. • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create and execute effective lead generation and conversion strategies. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. • Facilitate ongoing training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, promoting a culture of learning and growth. Qualifications: • • Experience in recruiting and developing top-tier real estate agents. • Ability to build and maintain a robust recruiting pipeline through strategic networking and outreach. • Proven track record of leading and mentoring agents to achieve their production goals. • Strong communication skills to effectively convey the value of joining our team. • Demonstrated ability to create a supportive and challenging environment for agent growth. • Experience in conducting sales meetings, training sessions, and productivity workshops. • Ability to develop and implement repeatable processes for lead management and conversion tracking. Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000+ On Target Earnings
