Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, scheduling patient appointments efficiently Check patients in and seat them in a timely manner Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality Support the dental team by coordinating patient flow and assisting with administrative tasks Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns courteously Occasionally stay until 6:00 PM as needed (not mandatory) Opportunity to cross-train in dental assisting and support back-office staff (non-clinical support) Uphold office policies, including COVID-19 safety protocols such as mask requirements Salary Range full-time $17 - $20 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
