Call Center Operations Manager

Grifols

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations in Chicago, IL. You will supervise donor flow, ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards, and maintain accurate documentation. This role requires 4 years of related experience, phlebotomy and donor/plasma processing certifications. You may train new employees, coordinate with the Center Manager, and support center objectives while promoting donor satisfaction and safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr
