Loan Operations Manager – Ogle County, IL A growing community bank in Ogle County, IL is seeking a Loan Operations Manager to lead and support commercial, consumer, and mortgage loan operations across multiple branches. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, leading projects, and developing a strong operations team. Key Responsibilities Manage daily loan operations and workflow efficiency Supervise and develop a team of 3 employees Improve and document loan operations processes and procedures Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies Partner with lenders, auditors, compliance teams, and vendors Oversee quality control, loan documentation, HMDA support, escrow accounts, insurance tracking, and reporting functions Lead operational and system-related projects What We’re Looking For 7+ years of banking experience preferred 3+ years of leadership or loan operations management experience Strong knowledge of loan documentation, compliance, and banking operations Experience with systems such as Fiserv/Navigator and LaserPro preferred Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and HSA 401(k) with match This is an in-office opportunity with a community-focused bank that values teamwork, service, and operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
