Senior Operations Manager

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Leader to drive customer-driven changes, oversee expansions, establish new processes, and stabilize multi-site networks across Illinois. You will own end-to-end facility startups, staffing, go-live execution, and ongoing stabilization, while monitoring throughput, safety, inventory, quality, SLAs, and financial performance using systems such as GXD and Blue Yonder to standardize workflows. #J-18808-Ljbffr
