You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.08 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at an airport location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, roadways, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with established airport and government-site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and assist with incident documentation. Maintain detailed activity logs and written reports, communicate observations to site leadership, and support coordination with airport operations and public-service agencies as directed. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
