Compensation Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour + bonus opportunities! Job Description: Now Offering Up to $6,000 Sign-On Bonus! What You’ll Do Service new and existing customers to provide a customized solution to fix the issue at hand. Serve as a leader in the plumbing field to ensure customer satisfaction Provide customers with solutions for their Plumbing and Water Treatment systems Follow-up with existing estimates to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales Diagnosing; leaks, drain clogs, no water, no hot water, low water pressure, etc. Repairing/replacing broken pipes, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, disposals, drain lines, shower valves, etc. Emphasize benefits such as warranties, years in business, quality of service, and financing options Installing water treatment systems, gas piping, etc. Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck. What You Need To Succeed An experienced plumber with at least 10 years experience in residential service A positive attitude with a willingness to treat our customers with the utmost respect. A deep understanding of plumbing equipment Enthusiasm to learn and grow The ability to express the utmost respect with the time in our client's home A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience is required for this role Ability to work late when the job at hand requires it This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
