Job Overview We are seeking an RBT/BT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in their homes. The role focuses on building daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA techniques designed by a licensed BCBA. Hours & Details Location: Wayne, NJ (aftercare center) Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 – 6:00 PM. Additional flexible part‑time evenings and weekends are possible. What You’ll Do Work one‑on‑one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play‑based ABA techniques Follow simple step‑by‑step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA) Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet (training provided) Collaborate with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep services consistent and effective Provide feedback to families about session outcomes and celebrate small wins together Why This Role Might Be a Great Fit for You You’re looking for extra income with part‑time, afternoon/evening flexibility You want to work 1:1 with kids and make a meaningful impact You may already work in a school, clinic, or other therapy setting—and want to pick up more hours We Offer Pay: $21–$26/hr based on experience Flexible scheduling: tell us when you’re available and we’ll match you with clients Health, dental, vision, and group life insurance for those working 20+ hours/week Requirements Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after‑school programs, caregiving, autism) ABA experience is a plus Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus) Reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr BehaviorCare Therapy
