With strong lead flow and a reputation built on quality products and expert installation, we are looking to hire an experienced and professional Selling Sales Manager to lead our in-home sales team in the Baltimore market. As the In-Home Sales Manager , you will drive revenue growth by building, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing team of Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in the field, enjoys developing talent, and knows how to motivate a team to consistently win. Key Responsibilities Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales team Run a minimum of 5 leads per week alongside sales reps as a hands‑on training tool Provide in‑home support to reps, including closing assistance and deal strategy Monitor team performance and take action to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals Conduct cancel‑save appointments to recover and retain potential sales Partner with the rehash team to revisit opportunities and maximize close rates Lead ongoing sales training meetings to keep the team sharp and improving Set clear expectations and accountability standards aligned with company goals Requirements 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-Day / in‑home sales preferred) 2+ years of sales management experience strongly preferred Proven leadership and team development skills Strong closing ability and the ability to coach others to close Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Comfortable using technology (iPads, CRM systems, electronic contracts) Results‑driven with a focus on accountability and performance What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance‑based incentives Strong, consistent lead flow Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Supportive leadership and team environment Ongoing training and development #J-18808-Ljbffr
