Operations Assistant

Job Position: Operations Clerk II

Location: East Syracuse, NY

Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies and customer inquiries.
Support billing, invoicing, payment follow-up, and order resolution.
Create and process work orders using SAP.
Analyze and maintain accurate business and customer data.
Investigate purchase order compliance issues and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR a bachelors degree with demonstrated capability in comparable work.
ERP experience required; SAP experience is relevant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, navigate multiple systems, and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
Experience with CRM, database, or field service applications is a plus.
