Assistant Property Manager — Community Operations & Leasing

Residential One in Maryland seeks an Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily community operations under the Property Manager, supervising leasing activities and staff training while maintaining a neat, compliant office. You will manage resident relations, prepare reports, support budgeting and maintenance coordination, and ensure timely inspections and certifications with LIHTC/Section 8 guidelines.
