About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our IT Operations team at our Earth City, MO headquarters. This is a 100% on-premise position, ideal for a hands-on professional with strong system administration experience, particularly in on-site infrastructure and enterprise systems. You'll play a key role in managing our internal systems, supporting users, and contributing to infrastructure and security initiatives. The right candidate will be comfortable in a dynamic environment with varied responsibilities—from server management to application support. Key Responsibilities Maintain, monitor, and optimize physical and virtual server infrastructure (Windows/Linux). Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related core services. Support and improve virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V). Perform routine patching, backups, and system health monitoring. Provide Tier 2/3 support for service desk escalations. Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs. Assist with endpoint management and software deployment. Coordinate with security teams on vulnerability remediation and incident response. Participate in after-hours upgrades, maintenance windows, and on-call rotations. Requirements 5+ years of experience in system administration roles in enterprise environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, OR relevant certifications in lieu of a degree.
