This role is project-based, supporting a major data center build, with the potential to transition into a long‑term leadership position as our project pipeline grows. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where precision, coordination, and safety are paramount, and where your leadership directly impacts successful project delivery. You’ll play a key role in leading complex electrical scopes, working alongside experienced teams, to execute work that meets the demanding standards of mission‑critical environments with precision, coordination, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations for electrical scopes on a large-scale data center construction project Coordinate and direct field crews, safety teams, foreman and subcontractors Partner closely with project management to maintain schedule, productivity, quality, and budget goals Plan and sequence work activities to maintain efficient workflow and avoid project delays Oversee installation of complex electrical systems including power distribution, switchgear, and backup systems Monitor project performance with respect to quality versus specifications, progress versus schedule, and cost versus budget. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards and project requirements Conduct site walks, track progress, and proactively address issues in the field Support workforce planning, material coordination, and site logistics Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement Qualifications Proven experience managing electrical construction projects at scale with a safety-first mindset Data center or mission‑critical construction experience is required Proven ability to manage crews and proactively keep projects on schedule Solid working knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices A hands‑on, decisive leader who communicates clearly and leads by example Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and team accountability Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by persons assigned to the position.
