Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pelvic floor therapy to male and female patients.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for each patient.
• Document all patient interactions and progress using the Cerner charting system.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Offer education and resources to patients and their families regarding home exercises and rehabilitation expectations.
• Maintain compliance with all state licensure and facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy, preferably in outpatient settings.
• Active Illinois state PT license and BLS certification required.
• Experience with pelvic floor therapy preferred.
• Proficiency in using the Cerner charting system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize patient care.
