Lead II - Business Analysis

Product Owner (Hybrid)
Looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager to lead voice-based Conversational AI solutions for healthcare payer call centers. This role will drive AI-powered virtual assistants to improve call containment, reduce AHT, and enhance member/provider experience while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product roadmap for voice AI covering benefits, claims, eligibility, prior auth, and provider search
- Drive AI strategy using LLMs (RAG, tool calling, prompt design)
- Define and optimize voice tech stack (STT/ASR, TTS, real-time voice agents)
- Improve key KPIs: containment, AHT, FCR, CSAT
- Lead integrations with contact center platforms (Genesys, Amazon Connect) and payer systems
- Ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance and safe AI usage
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and compliance teams
Required Skills:
- 5+ years Product Management experience
- 2+ years in Conversational AI / Voice bots / IVR
- Strong healthcare payer domain knowledge (claims, benefits, eligibility)
- LLMs (RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling)
- STT/TTS technologies
- Call center platforms
