Essential Functions Preparing dishes consistently and accurately adhering to recipe Daily cleaning and sanitation of kitchen - both food and non-food surfaces Prep work for all items on menu and event menu items Set up workstations Competencies Ability to go the above and beyond for co-workers and guests High integrity . "Do the right thing" mentality Thrives in a team environment Works with and has a great attitude Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Position Type And Expected Hours Of Work Part-Time. Days and hours of work are varied between Monday through Sunday between the hours of 8:00a.m and 12 a.m. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and most holidays. Requirements Required for employment: Successfully complete SERV Safe food handlers course and exam Attend training sessions and huddles to gain product knowledge and keep up to date on all hospitality changes Physical Demands This is largely active role and requires being on your feet for most of the working shift. Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold are present in a kitchen environment. Manual dexterity to cut and chop foods and perform other related tasks.
