Join our restorative dental practice, focusing primarily on adults and seniors, where we value treating people the way we want to be treated. We emphasize patience, quality care, and a no-sales approach within a small, supportive team environment. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be a key contributor to maintaining our high standards and positive atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental procedures
- Provide chairside assistance during restorative treatments
- Perform sterilization and infection control procedures
- Take dental radiographs
- Educate patients about dental care and procedures
- Manage dental inventory and supplies
- Collaborate effectively with dental team members
- Maintain strict infection control standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience
- Completion of a dental assisting program preferred
- Active Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
- Strong skills in patient care, infection control, and chairside assistance
- Experience in dental radiography and sterilization procedures
- Excellent teamwork, active listening, communication, and motivation
