Job Title: Psychiatrist
Location: Memphis, TN 38120
Duration: 03 Months to long term
Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)
Facility: VA Memphis Health Care | Veterans Affairs
• Operating and collaborating physician's patients
• Seeing 1C/1D Psychiatry Service - Ward Patients.
• Admitting
• Diagnosis of patients
• Developing Treatment Plans
• Managing, including the performance of timely treatment
• Discharge/Transfer
• Including all needed medical record documentation
• Outpatient Care
• Seeing all new patient referrals with accompanying medical records
• Seeing severely mental ill patients
• Evaluation disposition E-consult
• Post-discharged follow up
• Patients must be seen by provider in 30 days Required Documents: • Psychiatrist License
