Certified Nursing Assistant

Ciena Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The CNA assists with activities of daily living, vital signs, mobility, and safety while supporting residents’ dignity and comfort. You will work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members, follow individualized care plans, and accurately document care. In our resident-centered, collaborative culture, you’ll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your clinical skills and advance your career in a fast-paced, 24/7 care setting.
