Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify mental health needs.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions based on the unique circumstances and requirements of each patient.

• Complete necessary documentation including billing and individualized treatment plans within required timelines to ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Design and implement crisis intervention plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to help stabilize patients and enhance their overall functioning.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition from intensive therapy to autonomy.
\n
• Adhere to federal, state, and organizational regulations and policies, ensuring ethical practice in all aspects of care.

• Engage in professional development through ongoing training and continuing education to remain at the forefront of mental health practices.

• Participate actively in case consultations and meetings to enhance collaborative care and share best practices with colleagues.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training sessions as per professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required to qualify for licensure.

• Licensure: Candidates must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LCPC, LMFT, LCSW-C) in the State of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure.
