Mental Health Therapist

Role Overview: We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments, and outpatient individual and family therapy to diverse clients. The therapist will develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, and ensure timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorization. Collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, is essential to deliver holistic mental health services. Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, with a provisional license if required.
