Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, focusing on emotional well-being and psychosocial factors that influence their lives.

• Develop and implement engaging, individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring a personalized therapeutic approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness techniques, while providing individual, family, and group sessions.

• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring that clients in distress receive timely assistance.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, complying with all relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.

• Engage in continual professional development by attending training and supervision sessions, while also contributing to discussions about evolving mental health trends and research.

• Adhere to and advocate for ethical guidelines set forth by licensing boards and professional organizations, ensuring integrity in all client interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, backed by a solid understanding of mental health disorders.
